Roselli - Big Fish Messer Filet UHC - RW255 - Messer
Ein leistungsstarkes Filetiermesser, hervorragend zum Bearbeiten größerer Fische, aber auch perfekt für Brot, Fleisch und Gemüse.
Die Klinge besteht aus UHC-Stahl (Ultra High Carbon) und der Griff aus wärmebehandelter Maserbirke, beschichtet mit Leinöl, was auch bei Nässe einen festen Halt garantiert. Mit UHC-Stahl erhalten Sie ein extrem scharfes Messer, das seine Schärfe sehr lange behält. Bedenken Sie, dass harter UHC-Stahl nicht zum Durchdringen von Knochen oder anderen harten Materialien geeignet ist.
Wird mit einer handgefertigten Scheide aus natürlich dunkel gegerbtem finnischen Leder geliefert.
