Das CSAR-T 095 ist eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen TOPS und BUCK und wurde als robustes Taschenmesser für den professionellen Einsatz beim Militär entwickelt.

Die Form der Klinge ist ein "modifizierter Tanto". Das bedeutet, dass der traditionelle Winkel einer Tantoklinge leicht gekrümmt ist. Mit einer Dicke von 4,4 mm und einem Gewicht von 247 Gramm ist es äußerst robust.

Der Ring am Ende des Griffs kann mit dem mitgelieferten Werkzeugsatz als Schraubendreher verwendet werden, und es können auch Standard-Bohrer verwendet werden. Die mitgelieferte Nylonscheide ist MOLLE-kompatibel, kann aber auch am Gürtel getragen werden.
