W. R. Die Case & Sons Cutlery Company wurde zu Beginn des Jahrhunderts gegründet, als Taschenmesser so unverzichtbar waren wie eine Uhr. Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich das Unternehmen als führendes Unternehmen bei der Markteinführung neuer Materialien und innovativer Designs etabliert.

Die Wurzeln des Unternehmens reichen bis ins Jahr 1889 zurück, als die unternehmungslustigen Brüder William Russell (W. R.), Jean, John und Andrew aus der Case-Familie im Norden New Yorks mit dem Verkauf von Handwerksmessern von der Ladefläche eines Lieferwagens aus begannen. Im Januar 1900 gründeten die Brüder die Case Brothers Cutlery Company und gründeten damit die erste Familienmarke Case.

J.R. Case, den er die Firma mit dem Namen seines Vaters W.R. nannte, gründete die W.R. Case & Sons in der heute bekannten Form. Als das Unternehmen 1905 nach Bradford, Pennsylvania, übersiedelte, hatten die vier Case-Brüder ihre Familienmarken zu den angesehensten Namen für Bestecke in Amerika gemacht.

Zu Beginn des Ersten Weltkrieges appellierte die Regierung an den Fall für die Herstellung von Militärmessern für amerikanische Kämpfer. Während des Fluges der "Molly Brown" im Jahr 1965 verwendeten die Astronauten Gus Grissom und John Young Spezialmesser in der NASA-Weltraummission. Case hat berühmte und begeisterte Sammler wie den ehemaligen US-Präsidenten Dwight D. Eisenhower und den Country-Musik-Star Randy Travis gewonnen.

Logan ist nicht ein gemeinsamer Liner, sondern verbirgt ich eine epoche Revolution in Design-Konzept!

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Auskleidungen hat Logan keine beweglichen Stiften, kommt aber aus einer Titan Grade 5. Der genaue CNC-Fräsen Monolith Logan Körper erzeugen: fest, leicht, dünn und hochperformante ECU wo die Klinge auf dem Schwenk dreht, an einem mit der Basis, hohe Festigkeit und Zähigkeit zu gewährleisten. Die Schrauben im Körper verborgen geben Logan den letzten Schliff von sauberen Eleganz.

Le radici dell'azienda risalgono al 1889, quando dei fratelli intraprendenti, William Russell (W.R.), Jean, John e Andrew, nella famiglia Case iniziarono a vendere coltelli artigianali dal retro di un furgone nella parte settentrionale dello stato di New York. Nel gennaio 1900, i fratelli costituirono la Case Brothers Cutlery Company, fondando così il primo marchio di famiglia Case.

J.R. Case, che chiamò l'azienda con il nome del padre, W.R., costituì la W.R. Case & Sons nella forma in cui oggi è conosciuta. Quando nel 1905 l'azienda si trasferì a Bradford, Pennsylvania, i quattro fratelli Case avevano fatto dei loro marchi di famiglia i nomi più rispettabili della coltelleria in America.

All'inizio della prima guerra mondiale, il governo fece appello alla Case per la produzione di coltelli militari per i combattenti americani. Durante il volo della “Molly Brown” nel 1965, agli astronauti Gus Grissom e John Young utilizzarono coltelli Case speciali nella missione spaziale della NASA.  Case ha raccolto ammiratori famosi e avidi collezionisti come l'ex Presidente americano, Dwight D. Eisenhower e la star della musica country, Randy Travis.
