Typisches Messer für den Jäger. Es ist ein robustes und konkretes Messer. Die Spitze ist leicht abgesenkt, um in Hohlräumen zu arbeiten, und die Klinge hat eine tiefe Kurve zum Häuten.

Piscitelli stellt seit drei Generationen Messer in Frosolone her, einer kleinen Stadt im Hinterland von Molise, bekannt für ihre Messerherstellung. Die Kunst, der Stil und die Tradition ermöglichen es uns, unseren Kreationen Bedeutung und Originalität zu verleihen, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben werden.

Giovanni Piscitelli, geboren in Frosolone (IS). Die Leidenschaft für Sammler- und Jagdmesser habe ich von meinem Vater (Meisterhandwerker) geerbt, von dem ich auch die ausgefeiltesten Techniken geerbt habe. Meine Messer sind einzigartige Stücke, streng handgefertigt.

Bei der Herstellung eines Messers gibt es viele Elemente, die den Unterschied ausmachen. Neben einem Unterschied im Wert bei der Auswahl der Materialien ist es die Arbeitskraft, die für bestimmte Operationen benötigt wird, eng verbunden mit der Baukomplexität, die das Messer wertvoller macht. Die Gründe für die Unterschiede können auch in der Verarbeitung der Klinge oder des Griffs liegen (Elemente, die man sich erinnern sollte, werden ausschließlich von Hand modelliert und fertiggestellt).
