Das Tafelmesser aus der Compendio-Kollektion ist ideal, um ein Steak oder andere Fleischsorten zart und präzise zu schneiden. Es ist auch perfekt für ein leckeres Stück Thunfisch oder Schwertfisch. Dank seines Griffs ist es leicht zu handhaben und präzise. Die glatte Klinge ermöglicht das richtige Schneiden von Lebensmitteln und bewahrt deren Geschmack und Aussehen.

2. VALDICHIANA
Das Tafelmesser der Valdichiana Collection macht sich dank seiner leicht großzügigen Proportionen auf dem Tisch bemerkbar. Sein Design greift die Linien des Pontormo-Messers auf und ist eine Reproduktion eines Messers, das auf dem Gemälde „Abendmahl in Emmaus“ des Malers Jacopo Carucci, bekannt als Jacopo da Pontormo oder einfach Pontormo, abgebildet ist, das in den Uffizien in Florenz ausgestellt ist. Es ist besonders für große Fleischstücke geeignet. Die glatte Klinge ermöglicht das korrekte Schneiden von Lebensmitteln und bewahrt deren Geschmack und Aussehen.

Die symbolische Bedeutung der Liebe Messer, so dass Sie das Messer speziell zwischen Braut und Bräutigam ausgetauscht werden produziert nennen, ist ein zweifaches: - gegeben für den Menschen symbolisiert die Anstiftung zu dem Mut, Männlichkeit, im sozialen Kontext vorherrschen - angesichts der Frau Es nimmt die Bedeutung der Verpflichtung der Annahme ihrer Ehre und den Glauben an das Blut gegeben zu verteidigen. Für beide übernehmen schließlich die archaische rituelle Bedeutung, die Unterzeichnung eines Vertrages noch nicht institutionalisiert zu sanktionieren.
Der Griff ist mit klassischen Würfelaugen verziert, die das Messer in einem wertvollen Amulett gegen den bösen Blick zu drehen sollen. Nach der Hochzeit wurden diese Messer in der Regel an der Wand über dem Bett hing.

Questo kombat è stato disegnato da Ivano Beltrame e realizzato insieme al maestro Danilo Rossi, fondatore della Calix Academy Europe Club, accademia il cui scopo è la divulgazione delle tradizioni italiane nel maneggio di armi bianche e bastoni.
Dalla Paranza siciliana, alla Puntatina, al sistema Zaccagno, alla Pizzica pugliese, alla Beidana valdese, al Falcet piemontese alla Britula friulana.
Dettaglio delle scelte tecniche:
l’impugnatura con l’elsa a proteggere la mano serve a far scivolare durante il combattimento la lama all’avversario, e ci siamo ispirati sempre per restare in ambito tradizionale alla coccia del fioretto italiano.
Il foro sulla lama serve a bloccare la lama dell’avversario e a disarmarlo non con una azione di forza ma di destrezza.Lo skull krash minimalista non serve tanto a rompere quanto a strisciare sull’avversario per disarmarlo o per far leva sui tendini sempre per una azione di disarmo.
Il nome Tinea si ispira al un famoso combattente italiano Ottaviano detto er più de Roma reso celebre dal film di Adriano Celentano “ Storie di donne e di coltelli”.La scelta dei materiali il pratico acciaio N690 e lo spessore 6mm ne garantiscono la robustezza in ogni situazione; è stato testato in prove estreme di foratura e taglio senza perdere efficienza.
Il manico in G10 oltre a garantire un ottimo grip e anche efficace conduttore in caso di scossa elettrica.
Al momento è disponibile con copertura teflon in grado di evitare sia in diurna che in notturna quelle situazioni di rifrangenza durante l'utilizzo.
Il fodero è stato studiato sia per attacco in cintura ma soprattutto da posizionare con un pettorale proprio in copertura ¾ del cuore con uno sgancio rapido per situazioni critiche, difficilmente i foderi posti in altre zone garantiscono una immediatezza di copertura in caso di attacco.
