Der Kasumi 80001 Kombi-Schleifstein mit grober (240) und mittlerer (1000) Körnung.
Wenn Ihre Messerschneide in schlechtem Zustand ist, beginnen Sie mit dem Schleifen mit der groben Körnung Nr. 240 des Wetzsteins.
Wenn Ihr Messer in durchschnittlichem Zustand ist, beginnen Sie mit der mittleren Körnung Nr. 1000 des Wetzsteins.
Diese beiden Körnungen halten Ihre Messer scharf genug für den normalen Hausgebrauch.
Der Schleifstein wird mit einer Hartgummibasis zum Schärfen geliefert.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Schleifstein, mit dem die Oberfläche des Steins geschliffen werden kann.

Kasumi 80002 Kombi-Schleifstein mit feiner (3000) und superfeiner (8000) Körnung. Hervorragend geeignet, um Ihre Messer rasiermesserscharf zu schärfen.
Die Körnung #8000 wurde speziell für Messer und Messer aus Spezialstählen entwickelt.
Die Körnung Nr. 8000 hat fast die gleiche Körnung und Qualität wie ein natürlicher Wetzstein, der zum Schärfen japanischer Samurai-Schwerter verwendet wird.
Mit der richtigen Technik und Erfahrung verleiht die Schleifsteinkombination # 3000 / # 8000 Ihren Messern eine schöne Spiegelschneide, genau wie die Schneide eines Samuraischwerts.
Der Schleifstein wird mit einer Hartgummibasis zum Schärfen geliefert.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Schleifstein, mit dem die Oberfläche des Steins geschliffen werden kann.
