Das Bradley Mayhem 17040 ist ein eleganter Balisong, perfekt für anspruchsvolle Sammler und Liebhaber hochwertiger Messer. Danksagung

Derzeit fertige ich eine begrenzte Anzahl von Messern pro Jahr und nehme an einigen Ausstellungen teil, bei denen ich unter anderem meine ersten Preise gewonnen habe:

2005 bei LAME SOTTO I PORTICI in Romano di Lombardia (BG) wurde ich als "bester ausgestellter Tisch" ausgezeichnet

immer im selben Jahr auf der CULTER-EXPO in Novegro (MI) als "bestes Klappmesser"

Auch beim Wettbewerb der Zeitschrift LAME D'AUTORE als bestes feststehendes Jagdmesser belegte ich den zweiten Platz

2007 habe ich dann bei "Scarperia" den dritten Preis für die beste Faltung gewonnen

Vor allem aber habe ich im Jahr 2007 zu meiner großen Zufriedenheit den Abschluss MEISTER DER ITALIENISCHEN MESSERGESELLSCHAFT erreicht, eine Anerkennung, die ich mit der ersten Prüfung erhielt.

Vorstellung des Handwerkers

Ein Messer von Hand herzustellen ist für mich eine echte Kunstform.
Die Befriedigung, ein Objekt zu sehen, das aus eigener Hand stammt, Form annimmt und mechanische, künstlerische und ästhetische Perfektion erreicht, zahlt mir am meisten zurück für all die Stunden und Mühen, die es braucht, um ein Messer komplett von Hand zu schaffen.

Die Leidenschaft für "Schneidwerkzeuge" war schon seit meiner Kindheit in mir und wuchs mit mir bis zu der fast plötzlichen Entscheidung, mein erstes Messer selbst zu bauen, es war ein "Bedürfnis", fast eine innere Notwendigkeit, die ich nicht fassen konnte Aus, meine Hände und mein Verstand mussten natürlich anfangen, das zu erschaffen, worüber ich immer leidenschaftlich gewesen war ... das Messer!

Ich habe mit 40 angefangen, 2003, praktisch Autodidakt, ich hatte keine Erfahrung mit Handarbeit, aber ich war viele Jahre Maschinenbauer und konnte so die Technik und alle Stufen der mechanischen Bearbeitung perfekt kennen.

Gegenwärtig bin ich Mitglied der italienischen Messergilde mit dem höchsten Rang eines Meisters, einer Vereinigung, die auf der ganzen Welt für den Ernst und vor allem die Qualität der Ausführung anerkannt ist, die alle ihre Mitglieder im Laufe der Zeit aufrechterhalten müssen.

Was ich jetzt mache, ist das, was ich als meine Kunstform betrachte ..., "handgefertigte, Jagd- und Sammlermesser" herzustellen.

Es sind Messer, die komplett von Hand gefertigt werden, nur mit einer unendlichen Reihe von Feilen, einem kleinen Bohrer für die Löcher und einem Schleifer zum konkaven Schleifen der Klingen, sonst nichts!
Ich mache hauptsächlich Klappmesser, die meinen Wunsch befriedigen, perfekte mechanische Objekte zu bauen und Perfektion in den kleinsten Details, auch im Inneren, wo sie nicht zu sehen sind, ist das, was ein von Hand gefertigtes Messer von einem industriell hergestellten unterscheidet.

Die Mechanik muss dann bestmöglich ausgeführt werden, ohne die Arbeitsstunden zu zählen, nur so ist das Endergebnis garantiert.

Natürlich habe ich im Laufe der Jahre meine Technik verfeinert und derzeit die Mechanik noch verbessert, indem ich ein Kugellagersystem an der Klingenrotation eingebaut habe, die eine absolut perfekte Abdichtung garantieren und die Klinge ohne die geringste Reibung schließen und öffnen lassen .und mit einer unglaublichen Süße.

Bei den Klingen experimentiere ich dann mit neuen Härtearten, die Härten von 62-63 HRC ergeben und eine außergewöhnliche Schnitthaltigkeit und Schnittqualität für alle Einsatzarten ermöglichen.

Ich mache praktisch alle Messer nach einem meiner ersten Entwürfe. Es sind alles Einzelstücke, die bis ins kleinste Detail einzeln von Hand gefertigt werden. Nur so kann meiner Meinung nach ein Messer als "handgefertigt" angesehen werden. .

In Bezug auf die Materialien, die ich verwende, kann ich sagen, dass ich für die Klingen RWL34-Stahl bevorzuge, der aus Pulvern gesintert wird und die völlige Abwesenheit von inneren Defekten garantiert Messer, da sich jeder Damast immer vom anderen unterscheidet.

Für die Griffe ist eines der schönsten Materialien der Mammutzahn, den es in einer Vielzahl wunderbarer Farben zu finden gibt, außerdem verwende ich fossiles Mammut-Elfenbein, verschiedene Bruyere, Titan und Kohlefaser.

Die meisten Messer bestehen jedoch vollständig aus Stahl, um dann immer und streng von Hand graviert zu werden, um das Messer noch mehr in ein echtes Kunstwerk zu verwandeln ...
