Der Ti-Lock-Mechanismus wurde ursprünglich entwickelt, um den Verriegelungsmechanismus vom Griff des Messers zu isolieren und so eine größere Designfreiheit zu ermöglichen. Das Ti-Lock ist beidhändig verwendbar und nicht als bloße Stilübung zu verstehen, sondern als mechanische Innovation und solides und zuverlässiges Zeugnis der Leidenschaft von Chris Reeve und Grant und Gavin Hawk.
