Das "Lurisinca", ein traditionelles Messer aus Luras in Gallura, verdankt seinen Namen dem Lurese-Ausdruck für die lokale Frau, was die weibliche Natur der verwendeten "Rasierklinge" widerspiegelt. Die Galluresische Rasierklinge, ein typisch sardisches Messer ähnlich einer stumpfen Rasierklinge, war unerlässlich in der Korkverarbeitung, insbesondere für die Herstellung von "Quadretti", Vorläufern der Korken.
