Das M23 Ranger Cub Messer hat eine 6,5 cm lange Klinge aus Kohlenstoffstahl mit einer induktionsgehärteten Schneide von 62 HRC. Denken Sie daran, dass Kohlenstoffstahl immer eine gewisse Pflege benötigt, halten Sie die Klinge also sauber und waschen und trocknen Sie sie nach jedem Gebrauch. Sie können die Klinge auch von Zeit zu Zeit ein wenig einölen. Mit der richtigen Pflege wird die Korrosion in Schach gehalten und die Klinge bleibt intakt.

Das Griffmaterial ist TPV, thermoplastisch vulkanisiert, ein gummiähnliches Kunststoffmaterial, das fast unbegrenzt gegen Abnutzung, Stöße, Chemikalien und Temperaturschwankungen beständig ist. Der Griff bleibt auch bei Nässe sicher in der Hand.

Dank der Kydex-Scheide kann das Messer problemlos in horizontaler Position am Gürtel getragen werden.
