Diese handgefertigten Messer zeichnen sich durch ihre originelle, aber funktionelle Linie aus, die gut auf die traditionellen Herstellungstechniken und die verwendeten Materialien abgestimmt ist.
Die Klingen sind in der Tat auf eine Härte von etwa 40 HRC kohlenstoffgehärtet, wonach nach dem Hämmern von Hand die Rückseite und die Seiten mit Ton bedeckt und der Draht auf 60 HRC getempert werden, um eine hervorragende Schneidleistung, Durchdringung und Flexibilität zu erzielen. Das Messer wird dann von Hand auf Stein poliert und geschliffen und bis ins kleinste Detail bearbeitet.

These handmade knives are distinguished by their original line, but functional, well that is coupled alletradizionali manufacturing techniques and materials used.

The knife is then polished and sharpened by hand on stone and finished in every detail.
